Beeline’s net revenue makes up US$277m in 2011
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Net operational revenue of VimpelCom in Uzbekistan made up US$277 million in 2011, which grew by 32% compared to the same period of 2010.

The company said that net operational revenue reached US$80 million in the fourth quarter of 2011 against US$59 million in the same period of 2010. The growth rate made up 35%.

EBITDA (Earnings before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization) in Uzbekistan grew by 54% year-on-year from US$21 million to US$33 million in the fourth quarter of 2011. EBITDA margin rose by 5.1 percentage points to 41% in the fourth quarter of 2011.

EBITDA made up US$122 million in 2011, which rose by 48% year-on-yearEBITDA margin grew from 39.5% in 2010 to 44.1% in 2011.

The volume of capital investments exceeded US$85 million in the last quarter of 2011 (+9%) and US$219 million in January-December 2011 (+49%).

Number of mobile communication subscribers of Beeline in Uzbekistan reached 6.361 million at the end of 2011, which grew by 32% year-on-year.

ARPU (Monthly Average Revenue per User) grew by 5% compared to the fourth quarter of 2010 to US$4 in the reporting period.

MOU (Monthly Average Minutes of Use per User) increased by 14% from 403 minutes in the fourth quarter of 2010 to 458 minutes in the fourth quarter of 2011.
