He said the company will also continue to develop demanded mobile tariff plans and services along with improvement of communication and service quality.
The company increased its capacity 70% and improved call reach twice in 2008, Pelyugin underlined.
Pelyugin said telecommunication market is developing dynamically and this requires from the company flexibility, mobility, efficiency and novelty. He said the company tries to meet these requirements and offer population of Uzbekistan unique quality services.
Unitel is the second largest mobile operator of Uzbekistan in terms of subscribers’ number. As of 26 December, number of subscribers comprised 3.7 million users, of which 90% were active users.
