At the same time, the company said it suspended some services and campaigns to decrease load of the system, including Doveritelniy Platej and Avtoplatej. At the same time, the company ordered additional party of express payment cards, which can be bought at offices and dealers of the operator.
Oraz Abdurazakov, senior communications manager, said that sharp growth of subscriber base in short period of time impacted quality of service and the operator expresses its apology for inconvenience.
The operator said that it suspended “O! Bonus!” and “Vse Prosto! Bonus!” campaigns.
The subscribers will not be able to exchange bonus points within Beeline club. The company said all these are temporary measures and directed to ensure interrupted work of the network.
