On 29 August, Unitel LLC headquarters hosted a presentation “Internship of students and graduates of universities of Uzbekistan within “Tretiye Pokoleniye” programme”, which summed up results of unique Unitel programme. Twelve third-year students of the Tashkent Information Technologies University (TITU) participated at the second stage of “Tretiye Pokoleniye” programme, undergo two-month internship in various departments of Technical Board of Unitel LLC.
Director-General of Unitel Igor Pilyugin commented: “We are happy that thanks to our cooperation with TITU, we were able to re-establish in our segment traditional cooperation of higher educational establishments and industry. It is clear students, who underwent internship in large dynamic company, are more prepared to further work in the industry. We sure, experience, received here, provide them with confidence not only in their knowledge and their own future.”
Director on work with personnel and organizational development of Unitel Elena Konstantinova said: “Successful start of the programme allowed us to develop it, expanding project to regions of Uzbekistan. On the result of the first stage, we signed contracts with TITU students in Termez and Jizzakh. New participants of “Tretiye Pokoleniye” underwent internship in Bukhara, Samarkand and Ferghana. Our next step is to expand specialization. Thanks to success of interns, Information Technologies Direction and Marketing Service became customers of next stage of the programme.”
In their final presentations, students presented their achievements and share those positive emotions, received from cooperation with Beeline. Each of them highly valued contribution of personal tutor and team in their development.
Rustam Abdurakhmonov, pro-rector on scientific work of the TITU, said: “Priceless practical experience is good award for our students, who underwent internship within the programme. But Beeline moved further, accepting them as full-fledged member of working process, not only surrounding them with family care. So, interns of “Tretiye Pokoleniye” received new skills and the first lessons of personal responsibility.”
