Only eight students passed five stages of selection, which was attended by hundreds of youth. The winners will undergo one month internship at Beeline. Each intern will receive individual development schedule and personal tutor, who will share experience and help in achieving goals. Each intern will also receive salary.

Internship at Unitel will allow students to receive work experience at large dynamically developing company. “Third Generation” recommended itself as effective tool for selection of perspective specialists and we warn to develop this project in cooperation with the best students of the country. We believe that youth is future of any state and young energetic Beeline team can and want to make future better.”
This year, the programme overstepped ICT. TITU students competed to undergo internship at Technical Department and Information Technology Department, while WIUT representative competed for internship at the Marketing Service of Unitel.
Marina Ushakova, director on work with personnel and organizational development of Unitel, said the fact that 12 people competed for one place is evidence for strict requirements. “Interns will participate in many processes of integrated operator from mobile communication to broadband Internet, so we should be sure in their knowledge and skills,” she added.
In the result of internship, the most successful students will be offered job with individual schedule, parallel to studies in the university, and in perspective permanent work at Beeline.
Third Generation” programme was launched in 2009 within the realization of the complex on developing innovative products and technologies in mid-term perspective, which was approved by presidential resolution from 15 July 2008. The programme is aimed at selecting the vest students for internship and further work at Beeline, as well as forming professional reserve.
