Commercial director of Unitel Dmitry Grigoryev said: “We are happy to offer SIM-cards of new standards for such exclusive smartphones as iPhone 5. Today, nanoSIM cards can be purchased and exchanged to new ones at Beeline office in Tashkent, after a week sales will be launched across in Uzbekistan within a week.”

nanoSIM is approved by European Institute of Telecommunication Standards in June. The smaller SIM-card allow to save area in smartphones.

New SIM cards do not differ from previous versions. The size of nanoSIM card is 9x12 mm (against 11x22 mm of microSIM). Thickness of nanoSIM is 15% lesser.
