The operator said that there were several incidents with unfair behavior of some employees of PAYNET at payment for mobile communication services.
It added that Beeline and Paynet are conducting monitoring of payment points and called subscribers to be careful and control transactions. The operator recommended to keep checks and use express payment cards.
The operator said that in some dealer offices, subscribers were requested additional payments.
Beeline said that there were no changes in registration of new subscribers. Subscribers can buy sim-cards for free, except so called “golden numbers”.
The company called subscribers to report about fraud cases with indicating concrete addresses.
