The revenue of the operator rose by 7.1% in the fourth quarter of 2014 compared to the same quarter of 2013 and reached US$187 million.
According to the company, the revenue in mobile communication segment grew by 6.9% year-on-year in 2014 and reached US$711 million. The revenue in fixed communication services segment exceeded US$8 million and rose by 2.6% in the reporting period.
In the fourth quarter of 2014, the revenue in mobile communication segment was US$184 million (+7.6%) and in fixed communication services segment – US$2 million.
The revenue from data transfer services made up US$132.3 million in 2014, growing by 4.07% year-on-year. In the fourth quarter of 2014, the figure rose by 30.77% and reached US$35.7 million.
Index EBITDA (Operating Income before Depreciation and Amortization) in Uzbekistan per annum made up US$115 million in the fourth quarter 2014 against US$21 million in the same period of 2013. At the same time margin of transactions grew by 49.7 percentage points to 61.6%.
In 2014, the figure rose by 33% to US$461 million and EBIDTA margin – by 12.7 percentage points to 64.2%.
Investments of the operator into expansion of network decreased by 42% in 2014 and made up US$79 million.
Beeline subscriber base in Uzbekistan by the end of 2014 reached 10.6 million people, which rose by 1%. The company said that over 5.5 million people used USB-modems as of the end of 2014, which grew by 1.02% year-on-year.
Average bill for a mobile subscriber per month (ARPU) rose from $5 in the fourth quarter of 2013 to US$5.8 in the same period of 2014. Indicator MOU (minutes of use) reached 528 minutes in comparison with 493 one year ago.
