The tariff with subscription fee of US$25 provides 3,000 minutes, which spend only to outgoing calls within Uzbekistan. All incoming calls are free.

Head of Beeline Business directions Ivan Smolentsev said: “Kommersant tariff plans is directed for active users of mobile communication and researches showed that this proposal is demanded in four regions. Each client will receive “golden” number with nominal value of US$50 for free.”

The operator said subscribers to Kommersant tariff plan can receive calls from local mobile operators at zero or negative balance. The subscribers can put money to balance in cash or payment cards or banking cards.

Subscribers cannot transfer to this tariff plan from others and vise-versa. New tariff plan is valid for individual businesses and individuals.
