Today, Beeline is one of the leaders in telecommunication industry of the country. Since accusation of Unitel by Vimpelcom, number of active subscribers’ base grew 10 times and made up 3.6 million at the end of the second quarter of 2009.

Commenting development of company, Unitel Director-General Igor Pilyugin said: “Third year of work of Beeline in Uzbekistan became exceptionally rich for important events. Beeline occupies leading position in Internet service market, rendering on wide-range of technologies from WAP, Dial-up, ADSL and GPRS to EDGE (2.5G), UMTS (3G) и HSDPA (3.5G). Besides, active construction work of FTTB (fiber to the building) network is underway, which allow to transfer data at the speed of 100 megabit per second. Beeline covered Zarafshan city with fiber-optic network and the construction of FTTB in Uchkuduk is in final stage.

Beeline Business was selected as single communication service supplier by such large enterprises as General Motors Powertrain-Uzbekistan, Navoi Branch of International Business Center, Tashkent Elektroset and many others. While such services as Single Network, Mobile Budget and Advantageous Contract programme, rendered to corporate clients, have no analogues among other operators of the country.
