Beeline launches “Third Generation 2011” programme
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Single communication operator Beeline (Unitel LLC and Buzton JV LLC) launched programme on external education “Third Generation 2011”.

On 29 April, Tashkent University of Information Technology (TUIT) hosted a conference dedicated to new stage of unique Beeline project. Within the programme, third and fourth year students of TUIT can participate in internship at Information Technologies Direction, Technical Direction and Direction on work with personnel and organization development of Unitel LLC.

Marina Ushankova, director on work with personnel and organizational development of Unitel, said: “The programme is designed for students, who are on their last education years and have good academic records. During internship, each student will receive individual schedule and tutor, who will share experience and help in achievement of goals. Besides, they will participate in unique trainings. ”

Third Generation” programme was launched in 2009 within the realization of the complex on developing innovative products and technologies in mid-term perspective, which was approved by presidential resolution from 15 July 2008. The programme is aimed at selecting the vest students for internship and further work at Beeline, as well as forming professional reserve.

Director on information technologies of Unitel Maksim Halmatov said during the internship, each participant will have individual development plan and personal tutor appointed. He said the selection process is hard and winners underwent unique trainings.

TUIT pro-rector on education Rustam Abdurakhmanov said: “We are grateful for cooperation within the Third Generation programme. Today we open third season of the unique programme and I hope advanced experience of Beeline will inspire other companies to close partnership with universities and youth.”

Successful students will be offered jobs at Unitel with individual work schedule and perspective of permanent work at the company. Internships within the programme are scheduled between 20 June and 20 August 2011.
