The events are organized by the Coordination Council for development of computerization and ICT, the Committee on information and communication technologies of the Legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis (the Parliament of Uzbekistan), the Uzbek Agency for Communications and Information (UzACI), CIB GROUP Company and the Association of IT Companies and Organizations of Uzbekistan.

The ICT Summit will be held in Tashkent on 25 September. The Summit will discuss such issues as regulatory policies in the ICT field, ICT for social development, development of the software industry, ICT in public administration, development of the media business, e-commerce, e-health care, establishment of specialized scientific-and-technical zones and supportive infrastructure for business and innovational activities, the role of government in this process, and etc. It is expected that 500 delegates will attend the summit. The resolution will be adopted in the result of the talks.

Andrei Safronyuk, director-general of Unitel, said that the company supports the ICT Week for a long time and supports Jubilee Summit. He added that as innovative operator, Beeline will actively participate at the event.
