Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Single communication operator Beeline (Unitel LLC and Buzton JV LLC) announced on wide-scale expansion of geography of international voice, CAMEL- and GPRS-roaming.

From 15 July 2009, international voice roaming is available at the network of partners - Radiomovil Dipsa, S.A de C.V. Telcel (Mexico), Korek Telecom (Iraq), VIVO S.A. (Brazil), COMIUM Gambia LTD (Gambia), Oman Mobile Telecommunications Company LLC (Oman), Sotelco Ltd (Cambodia), Vip Operator DOOEL (Macedonia) and Powercom Ltd (Namibia), BeST (Belarus) and MTN Nigeria Communications (Nigeria).

CAMEL-roaming is accessible at the network of ZAIN IRAQ (Iraq), Emtel Limited (Mauritius), Taiwan Mobile Co., Ltd (Taiwan), CSL Limited (Hong Kong), Atlantique Telecom Cote d’Ivoire S.A. (Cote d’Ivoire) and Pelephone Communications Ltd. (Israel).

Commercial launch of GPRS-roaming was launched at the network of Vodafone Telekomunikasyon A.S. (Turkey), Pelephone Communications Ltd. (Israel), Singapore Telecom Mobile Pte Ltd (Singapore), Qatar Telecom (Qatar), CSL Limited (Hong Kong), Vodafone Egypt Telecommunications S.A.E. (Egypt), Mtel (Montenegro), Eagle Mobile (Albania), PT Natrindo Telepon Selular(Axis) (Indonesia) and TDC Mobil (Denmark).

Commenting event, Unitel commercial director Andrei Solouhin said: “Now Beeline subscribers can feel themselves as in home at the networks of 307 operators and their number will not change during their trip. Fast expansion of partnership network of Unitel makes roaming services available for our clients in 128 countries.”

CAMEL-roaming, which allows to use Beeline subscribers at any positive balance, is available for Unitel subscribers in the majority of the most visited countries of the world. The subscribers should not deposit US$50 as guarantee and communicate till subscriber balance will reach US$0. At the same time, resources will be written off in real time.
