The decision was adopted in line with the presidential decree “On additional measures on further improving investment climate and business environment in Uzbekistan” from 7 April 2014.

According to the decree, the commercial banks should abolish practice on levying payment for their services at the payment of taxes and other mandatory payments to the state budgets by the small businesses.
