Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Banks of Uzbekistan should freely re-register debts on loans to individual entrepreneurs, who decided to became a legal entity. This was stated in the message of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan.

“When transforming an individual entrepreneur into a legal entity as part of the ongoing tax reforms, the bank should reregister its debt on the legal entity without any obstacles,” the regulator notes.

The Central Bank notes that the loan is reissued free of charge with the same conditions as before, i.e. without raising interest rates and reducing the term, as well as establishing additional conditions.

“In case of problems when contacting the bank on this issue, you can contact the Central Bank’s Consumer Protection Service in writing or call the 71-200-00-44 hotline,” notes the Central Bank.
