Bank Ipak Yoli to place corporate bonds for 5bn soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Open joint stock innovative commercial bank Ipak Yoli will issue corporate bonds at the size of 5 billion soums.

According to the bank, it registered a prospectus of emission of corporate bonds at the Center for coordinating and controlling over functioning of securities market.

Within the emission, the bank will place 5,000 corporate bonds with nominal value of 1million soums each.

The maturity term of the bonds is 1,825 days. The coupons will be paid each quarter and calculated based on refinancing rate of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan (12% APR).

In line with the decision of the bank, legal entities, residences of Uzbekistan, can purchase the corporate bonds of the issue.

Bank Ipak Yoli is issuing long-term corporate bonds to strengthen its long-term resource base.

As reported earlier, the bank placed the bonds for 3.214 billion soums, which consists of 3,215 bonds.

Open joint stock innovative commercial bank Ipak Yoli was founded in 1990. Currently, its charter capital makes up 29 billion soums, which consists of 289.94 million ordinary and 60,000 preferential shares.
