Shareholders adopted decision to direct 6.09 billion soums of net income to payment of dividends. The size of dividend per share makes up 21 soums.

Total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 289.94 million ordinary shares and 60,000 preferential shares.

The bank said that the dividends will be paid in cash, but on written request of shareholders will be directed to purchase of shares of new emission.

General shareholders meeting also adopted decision to raise announced charter capital to 35.6 billion soums and determined the maximum size announced shares. The shareholders allowed the bank to issue 66 million shares for 6.6 billion soums.

The shares will be placed among shareholders and potential investors without use of priority right on purchase of shares by shareholders. The shares will be placed on market price, but not less than par
