Bank Ipak Yoli purchase shares of Baraka for 6.514bn soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Open joint stock innovative commercial bank Ipak Yoli purchased shares of open joint stock universal leasing company Baraka.

Baraka said in a statement that the Bank Ipak Yoli acquired shares of the leasing company from additional emission. Total sum of the deal is about 6.515 billion soums.

Earlier, Bank Ipak Yoli disclosed information on purchase of 130,000 ordinary shares of Baraka, which makes up 43.33% from the charter capital of the leasing company.
