Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 4 September 2024, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov met with Kaha Imnadze, the UN Special Representative for Central Asia and Head of the UN Regional Center for Preventive Diplomacy for Central Asia.

"We appreciate the continuous support from all Central Asian states by the UN and its missions in consolidating efforts for common prosperity, including in Afghanistan. Now is the best time to unite and move forward, addressing all regional issues and creating the most favorable conditions so that future generations can enjoy the results of our actions today," the Foreign Minister noted in his Telegram channel.
