Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 15 April, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Bakhtiyor Saidov, held a meeting with His Excellency Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

During the talks, both sides reaffirmed their mutual interest in further strengthening bilateral cooperation, particularly in the political-diplomatic, trade-economic, and investment spheres.

Special attention was given to expanding collaboration within multilateral platforms.

In this context, the importance of the upcoming Summit in the “Central Asia – Gulf Cooperation Council” format, to be held in Samarkand, was highlighted.
