Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 12 July 2023, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov held talks with the Ambassador of Qatar to Uzbekistan Hasan Khamza Hashim.

The parties discussed topical issues of dynamically developing relations, the implementation of joint programs, prospects for intensifying political dialogue, trade and investment ties, cultural, humanitarian and tourist exchanges.

“We had a sincere conversation with the Ambassador of Qatar Hassan Hamza Hashim,” the head of the Uzbek Foreign Ministry wrote in his telegram channel. 

“We paid special attention to the implementation of important agreements reached by our leaders by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Emir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, and also discussed many topical issues on the busy agenda of our bilateral relations.”
