Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - Foreign Minister Bakhtiyor Saidov held negotiations with representatives of South Korean business.

In particular, Saidov held a meeting with Mr. Kim Dong-Sub, President of SK hynix, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of memory chips and semiconductors.

The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan toured the enterprise and got acquainted with the production process. The parties discussed issues of establishing cooperation.

At the same time Bakhtiyor Saidov also held negotiations with the head of Shindong Resources and the chairman of the Korea-Uzbekistan Business Association, Mr. Kim Yong-Gu.

“The association is an important and key platform for the development of economic cooperation between our two countries,” Saidov noted.
