Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The tenth day of the World Boxing Championship has ended in Yekaterinburg, Russia. The last fight of the day was conducted by our compatriot Bahodir Jalolov in the super heavy weight category against the US representative Richard Torres and it should be noted that during the battle, Jalolov showed all his sports skills.

In the first round, Torres received a strong blow from our compatriot and for a long time could not recover. According to the results of the battle, Bahodir Jalolov became the winner, he successfully won the semifinal ticket. Thus, five of our athletes became semi-finalists of the championship.

According to the Rules, the fighting will continue after a one-day rest, on 20 September 2019. Names of representatives of Uzbekistan who reached the semifinals:
