Azizbek Turgunboev Returns to Pakhtakor

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Midfielder of the Uzbekistan national team, Azizbek Turgunboev, is set to rejoin Tashkent’s Pakhtakor. According to the Professional Football League’s press service, the player has signed a one-and-a-half-year contract running until 31 December 2026.

A graduate of Navbahor, Turgunboev first moved to Pakhtakor, where he won the national championship three times with the club. In 2024, he continued his career in Türkiye with Sivasspor, where he played until his return this season.

With the Uzbekistan national team, the midfielder has made over 35 appearances, scoring several crucial goals, including in decisive matches.
