Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The State Assets Management Agency (AUGA) has announced on attraction of a consultant for the privatization of 99.3% of the state stake in Uzagrosugurta JSC, one of the leading insurance companies in Uzbekistan.

An internationally experienced consultant will be responsible for organizing and conducting public auctions for the sale of the asset in accordance with industry standards. Interested parties are invited to submit their commercial proposals by 22 July 2024, 18:00 Tashkent time.

In the case of joint proposals, it is necessary to specify the lead consultant who will coordinate the work of the partner consultant and be responsible for task execution.

The consultant will conduct an analysis of the insurance market, develop a privatization strategy, provide transaction support, and ensure the completion of necessary procedures.

Uzagrosugurta JSC offers a wide range of insurance services for both legal entities and individuals across all 17 insurance classes. The company’s authorized capital amounts to 108.9 billion Uzbek soums.
