AUGA receives 2% shares of NGMK

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- The State Asset Management Agency (AUGA) of Uzbekistan received a 2% stake in the Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Combine (NGMK).

Until 1 March 2023, the shares of NGMK were owned by the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Uzbekistan. Later, the Agency for Strategic Reforms became a shareholder in the state stake in NGMK. At the same time, UzAssets managed the plant.

In August 2023, 98% of NGMK shares were transferred to the Ministry of Economy and Finance, and 2% to AUGA.
