Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – At the Talimarjan TPP, a project is being implemented to build two combined cycle plants with a total capacity of 900 MW.

As a result of the commissioning of new combined cycle plants, an additional 7.2 billion kWh of electricity will be produced annually as part of this investment project. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Energy.

Thanks to highly efficient technologies, natural gas savings will amount to about 520 million cubic meters per year.

The commissioning of the facilities is scheduled for the end of 2025.
