About 16 sites of national cultural societies of the region were launched at the park. Uzbek stand was organized in assistance of Fund Forum and national cultural union “Uzbekistan”.

The guests of the event had chance to taste Uzbek cuisine and familiarize with national customs and traditions, dances, works of handicrafts, etc. The visitors underlined that Uzbekistan has rich historic and cultural heritage.

Chairperson of Duma of Astrakhan region Aleksandr Klykanov said that Navruz appeared long before modern religions and nationalities. He said that it symbolizes harmony with own land and nature, rehabilitation of peace and accord.
