Assets of Afruz credit union reach 610m soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- As of 1 April 2010, the assets of the Afruz credit union, operating in Tashkent region’s Urtachirchiq district, comprised 610 million soums.

Total volume of deposits, attracted from the members of credit union, exceeded 438 million soums. Total sum of share contributions was 48 million soums.

The net income of the credit union made up over 23 million soums in the reporting period.

The credit union started its operations in 2008 with the charter capital of 32.4 million soums. Now, the authorized capital comprised 139 million soums.
