Assad Gadjiev’s exhibition to be held in Uzbek capital
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The first personal exhibition “Fetish” of the painter Assad Gadjiev will be opened at the Center for National Art of Uzbekistan in Tashkent on 4 September 2013. The exhibition will present 70 works of the Uzbek painter.

Fund Forum, “IJOD” Association of artists, art critics and craftsmen of Uzbekistan and Center for National Art organized the exhibition.

Assad Gadjiev has been born in 1974. He did not receive special education, but continued his development on his own. Famous brand Ikea invited him to work as painter-designer. Several years, he lived in Spain. In 2005-2007, he created several new projects on design of furniture and interior accessories for Ikea.

In 2011, Assad Gadjiev fully reviewed his life and values and he started to pay special attention to his creative work. For last two years, Gadjiev is creating his works with pen, coffee and cotton paper.
