Within the fair, a presentation of Asrlar Sadosi Festival of Traditional Culture of Fund Forum was organized at the assistance of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Spain. The presentation attracted attention of representatives of tourism companies and specialists.

Fund Forum said that some 9,000 companies from 167 countries participated at FITUR. Uzbekistan stand, which was designed in national style, attracted attention of the visitors.

On 30 January, Prince of Asturias Felipe and his spouse Princess Letizia visited national stand of Uzbekistan and familiarized with tourism potential of the country.

At the end of the visit, the Uzbek side handed over gifts, made by Uzbek masters, to Prince of Asturias Felipe and his spouse Princess Letizia.

In the second half of the day, the presentation of Asrlar Sadosi Festival of Traditional Culture was held. The festival is organized annually by Fund Forum under aegis of UNESCO. The festival was also presented within new FITUR project - Know How – Export.
