Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Kyrgyzstan’s national airline, Asman Airlines, plans to expand its route network in 2025, introducing regular flights to Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and several long-haul destinations. This was confirmed by Manasbek Samidinov, Chairman of the Board of Airports of Kyrgyzstan, in an interview with TASS.

According to Samidinov, the airline aims to strengthen its international presence between 2026 and 2027 with the planned acquisition of two new aircraft—Airbus A320 and A321.

As part of its expansion strategy, Asman Airlines is also exploring flight routes to the Middle East and Europe. However, in the initial phase, the launch of flights to Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan is scheduled for 2025.

Samidinov noted that in 2024, the airline purchased three Dash 8 400 aircraft, enabling it to operate domestic flights to regional centers such as Osh, Karakol, Talas, and Jalal-Abad.

The airline's competitive advantages, including state support, a modern fleet, and an affordable pricing policy, position it well to compete with leading carriers. However, Samidinov emphasized that further improvements in service quality, fleet expansion, and strengthening partnerships with international airlines will be crucial for long-term success in the global market.
