Asia Alliance Bank’s charter capital reaches 40.85bn soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Shareholders of Open joint stock commercial bank “Asia Alliance Bank” approved the results of the placement of the sixth additional emission of shares.
The bank said that formed charter capital of Asia Alliance Bank made up 40.85 billion soums. The charter capital comprises of 164.4 million ordinary shares with par value of 250 soums each.
The shareholders also approved maximum size of announced shares of the bank, which it can place additionally. The bank can place 56 million shares with nominal value of 20 soums. The bank will be placed among shareholders.
Asia Alliance Bank is a young and dynamically developing bank in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The Bank operates under the License for performing bank operations issued by the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan No.79 as of 15 August 2009.
