The center for coordination and development of securities market under the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for privatization, demonopolization and development of competition registered the prospectus of emission of the banks on 20 December 2013.

Within the issue, Asia Alliance Bank will issue 152 million ordinary shares with nominal value of 250 soums. Total volume of the issue makes up 38 billion soums.

The shares of the issue will be placed on closed subscription among founders of Asia Alliance Bank.

Currently, the charter capital of the bank makes up 62.85 billion soums, which is divided into 251.4 million ordinary shares for 250 soums.
