The Center for Coordination and Control over functioning of securities market under the State Property Committee registered a prospectus of emission of the bank.

Within the emission, the bank will issue 188,084 ordinary shares with par value of 52,600 soums each. Total sum of the emission is over 9.893 billion soums.

According to the bank, the shares of the issue will be placed on closed subscription to the Ministry of Finance of Uzbekistan.

The shares will be placed within 45 days after the state registration of the issue. The shares will be place on market value, but not less than its nominal value of 52,600 soums per share.
