Asaka Bank to pay 439.4 soums of dividends per share
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
State joint stock commercial bank “Asaka” will pay dividends on ordinary shares for 2011, a statement of the bank said.
According to the bank, the shareholders adopted decision on payment of dividends for 2011. The size of the dividend per share makes up 439.4 soums. (US$1 = 1,884.75 soums).
Total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 6,679,450 units. The dividends will be paid in cash.
As reported earlier, the bank received 40.18 billion soums of net income in 2011 in line with international financial reporting standards.
Asaka Bank has been founded in 1995. Main shareholders of the bank are Finance Ministry of Uzbekistan (66.65%), Uzavtosanoat (16,68%) and Fund for Reconstruction and Development of Uzbekistan (16.67%).
