Asaka Bank to direct 33.651bn soums to increase charter capital
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
State joint stock commercial bank “Asaka” distributed net income for 2011 at the size of 46.606 billion soums on national accounting standards.
According to the decision, the bank will direct 33.651 billion soums to capitalization of the charter capital through increasing par value of shares.
Shareholders issued 3.029 billion soums to form Fund of preferential crediting and 2.33 billion soums to form reserve fund. The bank directed 4.66 billion soums to remuneration of employees.
Shareholders also allocated 2.935 billion soums for payment of dividend. The size of dividend per share makes up 439.4 soums.
