Asaka Bank named as the most open and transparent bank in CIS, Baltic and Georgia
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- State joint stock commercial bank “Asaka” participated at the international contest “The Bank of the CIS, Baltic, Georgia – 2010” of Ukrainian magazine “Bankir”. Asaka Bank became the winner in nomination “The most open and transparent bank in CIS, Baltic and Georgia”.

The Uzbek bank said that the winners of the contest received award and honourable diploma. It added that information about the winners of the competition will be published at the catalogue “Banks of CIS, Baltic, Georgia – 2011”.

The competition focused to the banks of the CIS, Baltic and Georgia, which were registered in their countries and receive licenses to carry out banking activity. The competition is aimed at revealing the best banks, operating in the CIS, Baltic and Georgia on separate directions. It is also aimed at strengthening trust to the banks in the region.

Founders of the competition is an international publishing house KBS-Izdat, which published catalogue “Banks of CIS, Baltic, Georgia” and financial magazine “Bankir”. Kredit-Reyting is official partner of the competition.

The winners of the competition are determined by jury, which included representatives of international banks, credit agencies and editorial board of “Bankir”. The competition can be attended by the banks, which render the services in the CIS, Baltic or Georgia.
