The Center for coordination and development of securities market said that the bank failed to place shares of the issue.

Asaka Bank registered the emission of sharesin December 2013. Within the issue, the bank planned to place 1,226,698 ordinary shares with nominal value of 61,140 soums each.

It is planned that the shares would be placed on close subscription among Almalyk Mining and Metallurgy Combine, Navoi Mining and Metallurgy Combine, Uzbekistan Temir Yollari,Uzbekneftegaz, Uzbektelecom, Uzbekenergo and Uzmetkombinat.
