The document was signed on 30 April 2018 in Tashkent during the Uzbek-Turkish business forum held within the framework of the state visit of the President of the Republic of Turkey to the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Within the framework of the agreement, it is planned to finance projects of small and medium-sized enterprises with a maturity of up to 10 years, envisaging supply of technological equipment and services from Turkey.

According to the Asaka Bank, this agreement does not stipulate provision of state guarantees.
