ICBC is the largest bank of China and the world. It has branches in over 40 countries.

ICBC is ready to develop active cooperation with Asaka Bank in the field of long-term project financing without availability state guarantee as the Asaka Bank is one of the largest banks of Uzbekistan and the first Uzbek bank, which established cooperation and signed an agreement with China’s export-credit agency Sinosure.

During the meeting, Asaka Bank and ICBC signed the framework agreement on financial cooperation. Within the document, the Uzbek side attracts financial resources from the ICBC under insurance coverage of Sinosure to finance SME projects, involving the supply of technological equipment and services from China.

In addition, the parties agreed on joint activities aimed at attracting potential Chinese investors and assisting in attracting investments to the Republic of Uzbekistan.
