Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Asadjon Khodjaev has been appointed to the post of director of the Center for Information Security and Assistance in Ensuring Public Order under the Ministry for Development of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Prior to appointment, he worked as the first deputy head of the Scientific and Educational Memorial Complex named after the First President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
In accordance with the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan on 17 October 2017, the Center for Information Security was transformed into the Center for Information Security and Assistance in Ensuring Public Order.
The Center is developing a single hardware and software complex "Safe City" to organize a full-fledged system for ensuring public safety and law and order, with mandatory integration of information systems of law enforcement agencies, government bodies and other organizations, as well as systems "Electronic government".
