Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Artel is digitizing HR processes based on a comprehensive system for managing employee experience SAP SuccessFactors. The company launched three modules: goal setting and evaluation, career development and rewards. This made it possible to manage the activities of more than 2,000 employees, analyze their achievements in real time and develop an effective motivation system. ECOPSY became the partner of the project.
Prior to the project, the main focus of the HR department was on HR and recruitment. The company needed to build a process for managing the performance and development of employees in order to strengthen its position in the market.
