Art Week Style.uz-2012 to host several master-classes
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Educational part of Art Week Style.uz-2012 will be rich for various events and they will cover various areas, which will allow young people of Uzbekistan to communicate with well-known representatives of art and culture.

An Uzbek-Japanese conference “Preserving cultural heritage of the Great Silk Road states” will be one of the largest scientific projects. Founder of Moscow Photography House Olga Sviblova, organizer of fashion shows Aniat Kiladze, designer Lena Lenskaya, British universities, photographs from Spain and Japan will give master classes.

International Caravan-saray of culture named after Ikuo Hirayama in Tashkent is hosting master classes on archeology “Workshop 2012” with participation of the Uzbek and Japanese scientists on 10-29 September. The results of the master classes will be discussed at the Uzbek-Japanese conference.

Fund Forum, Uzbekistan Art Academy, Japan International Cooperation Fund, Fund of Studying Culture Heritage and Art (Japan), International Caravan-saray of culture named after Ikuo Hirayama and Uzbekistan History Museum are organizers of the event.

Master classes of London College of Fashion became tradition at Art Week Style.uz. Representatives of London College of Fashion have been attending the Art Week Style.uz since 2009 and sharing their skills with the Uzbek youth. Young designers can visit their master class on 4 October. Fund Forum will also organize a roundtable in cooperation with British Council at Tashkent Textile and Light Industry on 5 October.

Birmingham Metropolitan College will hold a master class on 7 October, while Russian designer Lena Lenskaya will share views on 7 October. Specialist on holding fashion shows Anait Kiladze will hold a master class on 5 October.

Art Week Style.uz-2012 will also host Tashkent international photo biennale, which will include master classes on photography. In particular, Olga Sviblova from Russia, Naoyuki Ogino from Japan and Aitor Lara will give master classes.
