Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — From January to December 2024, 23,900 citizens of Uzbekistan traveled to the Republic of Korea for tourism, according to the Statistics Agency.

Compared to the same period last year, this number increased by 5,400 people, marking a 29.1% growth.

The agency specifies that among the travelers, 16,205 went for leisure, 5,142 visited relatives, and 2,077 traveled for study.

Additionally, 427 citizens made business trips, and 58 traveled to South Korea for medical treatment.
