Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – An opening ceremony of a plant for the production of building materials from autoclaved aerated concrete, a project implemented by Chinese investors represented by Xinyuan Building Materials Company LLC, was held in Akhangaran district of Tashkent region.

As part of the project, foreign direct investment in the amount of US$2 million has been disbursed. The company created 50 new jobs. 

The annual production capacity of the plant is 450,000 m3 of gas blocks per year, with the possibility of export deliveries of products worth almost US$500,000 from the first year of operation.
