Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- From 1 April, a taxi service under the Sixt Uzbekistan brand (Avtobus Rent company), selected through bidding on the electronic platform E-auksion.uz, began operating in the arrival hall of Tashkent airport.

The operating technology of the new taxi service is the same as that of Taxi Airport Tashkent, which has been operating for two years - the passenger approaches the counter in the arrivals hall, gives the address, the manager calculates the mileage according to the tariff and announces the amount. The passenger can pay in cash or non-cash at the counter or directly at the car.

For work at the airport, the company presented several tariffs: “Standard”, “Comfort” and “Business”. The minimum cost of the trip is 60,000 soums. In honor of the opening of the counter at the airport, the taxi service announced a two-week promotion - until 15 April, all arriving passengers can use the Comfort tariff at the prices of the Standard tariff.

The taxi service’s fleet consists of domestic and foreign cars, such as Chevrolet, Toyota, Kia, Skoda, Hyundai, Golden Dragon and others. If necessary, passengers can request minivans and minibuses with a capacity of 6 to 19 seats.
