As reported earlier, Andijon Biokimyo Zavodi received 2.803 billion of net income in 2010,

Shareholders of the company directed 80% of net income or 2.242 billion soums to development of production. The company directed 15% of net income or 420.38 million soums to payment of dividends and 5% or 140.127 million soums to forming of reserve fund.

According to the company, Andijon Biokimyo Zavodi will pay 776.46 soums of dividends for each ordinary share.

The company said that total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, is 541,407 ordinary shares.

Andijon Biokimyo Zavodi OJSC was commissioned in 1953. The enterprise specializes in production of hydrolytic goods.

In line with the decision of the Government of Uzbekistan, the plant stopped production of hydrolytic goods. The plant was re-equipped for production of alcohol.

The first line on production of rectified food alcohol from wheat with the capacity of 856,600 decaliters a year was commissioned in 1994. The second line with the capacity of 856,600 decaliters was launched in 2001.
