Andijanyog’moy to place shares for 556.005m soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Andijanyog’moy open joint stock company, producer of edible oil in Uzbekistan, will place shares for total sum of 556.005 million soums.
The Center for securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered a prospectus of emission.
In line with the emission, the enterprise will issue 185,225 ordinary shares with par value of 3,000 soums each. Total sum of the current emission on its par value will make up 556.005 million soums.
Al shares of this emission will be placed on closed subscription to the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan.
