An Uzbek-Chinese business forum was held in Shanghai

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- An Uzbek-Chinese business forum on the topic “Prospects for expanding cooperation between business circles” was organized in the city of Shanghai, Dunyo news agency reported.

The event was attended by more than 70 leading Chinese companies, regional leaders of our country, representatives of ministries and departments of the two countries, as well as the media.

Chinese businessmen were widely presented with the economic potential of Uzbekistan, the investment climate and opportunities for technological cooperation, as well as opportunities in the field of tourism.

During the forum, an open dialogue took place with representatives of Chinese companies, their experiences and opinions on their activities in Uzbekistan were heard. The heads of a number of companies interested in cooperation and establishing business connections also shared their opinions.

Representatives of industry departments and regional khokimiyats of Uzbekistan held bilateral negotiations with leading Chinese companies - potential investors.

Business circles in Shanghai have shown increased interest in establishing practical cooperation with Uzbek partners.

During the business forum, we signed a memorandum of cooperation with Uzbek partners and are ready to develop business in Uzbekistan in the field of smart warehouses.
